Shipping Rates

Mexico

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $159 MXN

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $399 MXN

Worldwide Shipping

  • International Shipping (approximately 15 business days): $40 USD

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by peak seasons, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Senere is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Returns & Exchanges

At Senere, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return & Exchange Period

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The product must not show signs of damage caused by misuse.

Non-Eligible Products

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized products.

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  • Sale or clearance items.

Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Senere will cover return shipping costs in cases of manufacturing defects.

Refunds

Once the product has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
